This notice has been prepared by Op. Dr. Aysın Akçay, as data controller, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of www.aysinakcay.com and users of its contact channels about the processing of their personal data.

2. Personal data processed
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, telephone number and message content.
- Site usage: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of visit (server logs).
- Telephone and e-mail contact: the contact details you share and the content of the correspondence.
Please do not share special categories of personal data about your health through the contact form. Health data are processed only during the consultation process, as required by law and with separate information.

4. Transfers
Your personal data are not transferred to third parties other than the hosting provider of the site, the e-mail infrastructure provider and, where legally required, competent public authorities. No transfer or sharing is made for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Contact form data are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the request is closed; server traffic logs are kept for 2 years as required by Law No. 5651, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies to maintain the session. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google LLC and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information if they are, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with it, to know the third parties to whom they are transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to recipients, to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage.
You may submit requests in writing to the postal address above, together with proof of identity, or by e-mail to info@aysinakcay.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
